Tia is a 20-year resident of this community and is a co-owner/founder of The Royal Room. She has been a small business owner and entrepreneur in the greater Seattle area for 35 years, at one time transforming Lottie Mott’s Coffee Shop into Lottie’s Lounge. Tia is excited to extend her passion for community and developing venues to Rainier Arts Center.
