Katie Kang has extensive experience in development, investment, and affordable housing. She believes that affordable housing builds thriving communities and stimulates economic growth in local neighborhoods. As Director of Real Estate Development, she oversees building pipeline deals, entitlements, design, financing, construction, and lease-up. Katie has a master’s degree in design studies with a concentration on urban development and real estate from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree in architecture engineering from Kyunghee University in Korea. She enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband and two little boys.
