Nest Program Manager, Hummingbird Indigenous Family Services

Lacey Warrior is an enrolled member of the Ninilchik Village Tribe (Dena’ina Athabaskan), is also Alutiq and a descendant of the A’aniiih Nation. She was born and raised on Coast Salish lands and has a deep love for her urban Indigenous community. Her specialty is in program development from a trauma informed and healing centered lens. Lacey developed the social enterprise and vocational rehabilitation program Native Works, which served Indigenous elders. With the knowledge that income improves social and health outcomes for those oppressed by systemic racism, she is thrilled to be serving as the Nest Program Manager with Hummingbird Indigenous Family Services. She also serves as the chair for the board of directors for Red Eagle Soaring and as a board member for Seattle Good Business Network.

Lacey is a wife and mother of three beautiful spirits with an enthusiasm for various art forms including knitting, beading, painting, sewing, singing, dancing, and acting. She also loves baking, hiking, board and card games and spending time with family, friends and community.
