Jorge comes to SEED with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. He has worked as the Senior VP of Finance for Marriott International and has served as CFO for multiple organizations. Most recently he was CFO for the nonprofit Washington Bar Association and served as interim Director of Finance for the Tacoma Housing Authority. Jorge values collaborating with other leaders to develop and execute strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and guidance to support growth. Jorge has a master’s in economics from the University of Puerto Rico. He is originally from New York City, one of the many Puerto Ricans who grew up in the city and lived in NYC Housing Authority projects.
